Warrant Policy
1. Warranty Coverage
Warranty coverage, where applicable, depends on the specific product, manufacturer, supplier, quotation, invoice, or written agreement.
Where a warranty is provided, it generally covers manufacturing defects or defects attributable to the product under normal and proper use during the specified warranty period.
2. Warranty Period
The applicable warranty period will be communicated in the relevant quotation, invoice, product documentation, or other written commercial agreement.
Not all spare parts or products necessarily carry the same warranty period. Some products may be supplied without a warranty where this is stated in the applicable commercial terms.
3. Warranty Exclusions
Warranty coverage may not apply to damage or failure caused by:
- Incorrect installation or fitting
- Improper use or handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidents or external damage
- Unauthorized modification or repair
- Improper storage or maintenance
- Use outside the manufacturer’s specifications
- Incorrect part selection or compatibility issues resulting from customer-provided information
- Use of the product in unsuitable operating conditions
4. Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, customers should contact Al Manakh Spare Parts Trading and provide:
- Invoice or purchase details
- Product or part number
- Description of the problem
- Photographs or videos, where applicable
- Relevant equipment or installation details
- Any other information reasonably required to assess the claim
The product may need to be inspected or assessed before a warranty claim is approved.
5. Warranty Assessment
Submitting a warranty claim does not automatically mean that the claim will be accepted.
Al Manakh Spare Parts Trading may inspect the product or coordinate with the manufacturer or supplier to determine whether the issue is covered under the applicable warranty.
6. Warranty Resolution
Where a warranty claim is approved, the available remedy may include, depending on the circumstances and applicable commercial terms:
- Replacement of the product
- Repair, where applicable
- Manufacturer or supplier warranty support
- Another appropriate remedy agreed with the customer
The remedy will depend on the product, warranty terms, availability, and nature of the defect.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are correctly selected, installed, operated, maintained, and stored in accordance with applicable manufacturer recommendations and specifications.
Customers should retain invoices and relevant product documentation for warranty purposes.
