1. Return Eligibility

A return request may be considered if:

• The wrong product was supplied by Al Manakh Spare Parts Trading.
• The product received is damaged or defective.
• The supplied product does not match the confirmed quotation or order details.

Products must generally be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the relevant invoice, order, or delivery details.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Returns may not be accepted for:

• Products that have been used, installed, modified, or damaged after delivery.
• Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or storage.
• Parts ordered or supplied specifically according to the customer’s requirements, specifications, or special order.
• Products returned without supporting purchase or delivery information.
• Products that have been altered or tampered with after delivery.

3. Return Request

Customers should contact Al Manakh Spare Parts Trading as soon as possible after receiving the product if they believe there is a valid reason for return.

Please provide:

• Customer or company name
• Invoice or order details
• Product details
• Reason for the return
• Photographs or other supporting evidence, where applicable

All return requests are subject to verification and approval.

4. Inspection and Approval

Returned products may be inspected before a return, replacement, or other resolution is approved.

Submitting a return request does not automatically guarantee acceptance. The final decision will depend on the condition of the product and the circumstances of the request.

5. Return Shipping

Where the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged product supplied by Al Manakh Spare Parts Trading, appropriate return arrangements may be discussed with the customer.

Where the return is due to customer preference, incorrect information supplied by the customer, or another customer-related reason, return shipping and related costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

6. Refunds and Replacements

Where a return is approved, Al Manakh Spare Parts Trading may provide an appropriate resolution, such as:

• Replacement of the product
• Repair, where applicable
• Refund, where applicable
• Credit or another mutually agreed solution

Any applicable refund will be processed according to the payment method and agreed commercial terms.
